Regulations

    General

  • In order to join our community, you must own a legal copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, X-Plane 11/12, FSX and FS9
  • Please note that we do not tolerate any type of inappropriate or offensive language within our community, whether directed towards members of our SOG or not.
  • A valid email address is also required.
  • Additionally, all members must follow IVAO regulations.

Admission

Please be aware that we may reject applications that do not meet the minimum requirements listed below.

  • It may take up to 48 hours for your application to be reviewed, and you will be contacted via email.
  • If your application is accepted, you will be scheduled for a meet and greet with our staff team.
  • The minimum requirements for admission are an IVAO FS3 rating with at least 50 hours logged on the network
  • And a minimum age of 18 (forged documents will result in a permanent ban).

    • If your application is not accepted, you will receive an email notification.

    Password Requirements

    Your password must be:

    • 1 upper case letter;
    • 1 lower case letter;
    • 1 number;
    • 8 characters long;

    Flight Reports

    • We use VMSAcars to report our PIREPs, which will be analyzed by our FOQA system.
    • We reserve the right to disapprove any log for any reason, and the justification will be provided to the pilot through the operational dispatch dashboard.
    • To ensure safety, we require the use of supported aircraft from our fleet page on all flights.
    • All flights must also be flown on the IVAO network.

    Leave

    • If you do not complete a flight within 60 days, your registration will be marked as "on-leave" and you will be removed from the active pilot list.
    • Your account will be automatically and permanently deleted if you go 90 days without completing a flight.

    Termination

    • If at any time you wish to leave our SOG, you may request termination by emailing us.

    Ranks

    Our ranks are divided into:

    •  1º Tenente (0-25 hours);
    •  2º Tenente (25-75 hours);
    •  Capitão (75-150 hours);
    •  Major (150-230);
    •  Tenente Coronel (230-330);
    •  Coronel (330-500);
    •  General de Brigada (500- 550);
    •  General de Divisão (550-600);
    •  General de Exército (600 +);
